In 2007 I posted an updated version of this recipe with a photo and a slightly revised version of the recipe.   At that time it wasn't possible to move the recipe forward without breaking the link.  I am removing the recipe from here so it won't show up twice in search engine results, but you can click on the link above to see the updated version.
