Product Rave for Trident Panko Breaded Alaskan Cod (with Kalyn's Homemade Tartar Sauce)

I'm a member of "The Church of Costco". That's what National Public Radio called those folks who go to Costco every weekend and are religious in their zeal about the place. I don't buy a lot of frozen convenience foods, since I like to make my own food. But once in a while Costco has a product that really tempts me.
