Now that I am seriously committed to following the South Beach Diet way of eating (with only very rare lapses to have french fries at Hires), I am noticing more and more how some people feel that if you are eating low carb food you will never have anything good to eat again. That's one reason I think it's so fun to look through other food blogs each week and find recipes that are low carb, or can easily be made low carb with a few minor changes. Again this week, I found some good ones.
