This isn't really a recipe, but someone asked me to add it to the blog so they could remember the name of the sauce. Tzatziki sauce is a Greek sauce (sometimes called "white sauce" in those fast food yogurt places.) If you've had a gyro, you've probably had a variation of it served on the gyro. The real thing has yogurt, sour cream, thinly chopped cucumbers, garlic and dill. You can make your own Tzatziki, but it's also available to buy pre-made.
