

Now that I'm committed to eating foods that are low on
the glycemic index, if I'm making pasta I'll often use low-carb/low-glycemic
Dreamfield's pasta, a product I've consistently recommended. I love Dreamfields, which tastes just like regular white flour pasta, but once in a while I find a recipe that specifically calls for whole wheat pasta. Over the last few years, I 've tried a few brands of whole wheat pasta, and frankly, I haven't ever been impressed.
