(Updated December 2008: Recipes that I make over and over go into a special category called Recipe Favorites. This peanut butter oatmeal that I learned to make from fellow food blogger Alanna Kellogg back in October 2006 is fantastic! Nowdays I fill the small size Ziploc Twist 'n Loc food storage containers in advance with oatmeal and a pinch of salt, and keep them in the cupboard right by my microwave. There's no doubt this has turned out to be one of my favorite recipes ever for breakfast, so I'm updating my original post for new readers who might not remember this great breakfast option.)
