(Updated July 2008) I'm in the process of updating my recipes that don't have photos, and when I got to this one, I realized that although I created this with skinless chicken thighs, now I would make this with chicken breasts, cooked on a skewer like the ones in the photo. You can use either part of the chicken for this recipe, and skewers are also optional, but they do make the chicken cook a little more quickly.
