Over the holiday weekend I went on a road trip to Wyoming for the annual Denny Family Campout. At the campout, I prepared an appetizer plate with hummus, pita, feta cheese, red pepper spread, and salami, and I was gently reminded that there are a number of my brothers and sisters who don't like hummus!
