Kahlua cookie recipe
Ingredients:
1/2 cups of Kahlua
2 tsps instant espresso powder
18 ozs vanilla cake mix
1/4 cup of melted butter
1 egg
1 1/4 cups chocolate chips
Kahlua Cookie Cooking Instructions:
1. Heat oven to 350 dgrees. Spray the cookie trays with a no stick spray.
2. Using a mixing bowl combine the Kahlua. expresso powder and mix.
3. Mix in the remaining ingredients, except the chocolate chips, using a electric blender.
4. Blend for 2 minutes.
5. Add the chocolate chips and mix with a mixing spoon.
6. Using the spoon place small balls of dough onto the trays about 2 inches apart.
7. Cook for about 13 Minutes.
8. Remove and let cool. ENJOY!!!!!
