It's that time when one month ends and another begins, and that's when I share the South Beach Diet Phase One Recipes I've spotted during the month on other food blogs. There's no doubt this is a smaller list than usual, probably due to all the Thanksgiving celebrating in the U.S., or perhaps I've been too distracted by my house renovations. Still, even with all the holiday food bloggers have been writing about, I managed to find a pretty good collection of dishes that could be eaten for phase one for anyone who's looking for such things.
