MATERIALS:
1500 ml broth
400 grams of meat has in, iristipis-thin

Sesame Sauce:
3 tbsp sesame oil
4 tbsp soy sauce
2 tablespoons of boiled water
1 tbsp vinegar
1 tsp sugar
HOW TO MAKE:
Boil the meat, add pepper, ginger, salt, and garlic.
Once the meat is tender, lift the meat, strain the broth.
Boil the broth and meat, enter the squid, carrots, and scallions.
Cook until cooked carrots.
Sesame Sauce:
Mix all the sauce ingredients in a bowl. Stir until thick.
