Materials
White Rice 1 cup
Chicken Breast 1 piece
Ginger 1 vertebra
8 cloves Garlic
Pepper (pepper) powder 1 teaspoon
2 teaspoons salt
Leek 1 rod
8 glasses of water
How to make
1. Boil chicken breasts into 8 glasses of water. Add garlic, ginger and pepper. Cook over medium heat about 30 minutes.
2. Once the chicken is cooked, turn off the heat, remove the chicken and suir-suir. Strain the broth through a colander and separate the garlic and ginger pieces.
3. Pour 4 cups chicken broth back into the pot. Add rice. Cook for 20 minutes over medium heat. Cover the pan while stirring occasionally until thick porridge.
4. Serve warm with a chicken breast that has disuir-suir and a sprinkling of chives if desired. Happy recooking
