How to make:
Boil the meat in the water, over medium heat until cooked. Lift. Cut 2 × 2 cm. Strain the broth water.
Boil the meat until it boils again
Heat the oil. Saute ground spices, lemongrass, and ginger until fragrant. Pour into stew meat.
