How To Maka Sushi Rising Sun Roll

This great sushi guaranteed to make you satisfied eat. The inside contains tuna, avocado and cream cheese savory soft, coated rice and topped with nori coated crispy savory bread dough.

Ingredients:
  1. 1 slice of cream cheese the size of 7mm x 7mm x 80mm
  2. 1 piece of tuna, the size of 3 mm x 8 cm x 11 cm
  3. 1 piece 7mm x 7mm size avocado x 80mm
  4. 1 tsp tobiko
  5. 80 g of sushi rice
  6. 2 pieces of nori @ 1/2 sheet (size 10x20 cm)
  7. Layers:
  8. 1 egg white, beaten until frothy
  9. 100 g flour bread


Decoration:
  1. 100 ml mayonnaise Japan
  2. 75 ml bottled garlic chili sauce


How to make:
