HOW TO RICE BORYANI

MATERIALS:
300 grams of rice long
2 tablespoons cooking oil

4 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
2 cm cinnamon
1 whole cardamom
2 grains of pimento

175 ml coconut milk

HOW TO RICE BORYANI:
1. Heat oil, saute onion and garlic until fragrant.
2. Add the cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, anise flowers. Continue sautéing until the spices really fragrant.
3. Add the fennel, cumin, nutmeg, pepper, and turmeric powder. Pour the water, coconut milk and enter the rice, stir briefly.
4. Cook until half cooked rice and dry water. Lift.
5. Steam until cooked.
6. Give margarine and raisins, stir, remove from heat.
