How To Make Avocado Salad

4 avocado, peeled, diced 2 cm
2 avocado, belail lengthwise, remove the seeds for food containers
200 g of red cherry tomatoes, left whole or split 2
100 g peppers yellow / orange / red that has been deseeded
200 g lettuce bowl (head lettuce), torn rough

Vinaigrette Sauce Ingredients:
2 tablespoons lime juice / lemon
14 tsp black pepper powder
1/2 tsp sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
100 ml extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp parsley / celery chopped

How To Make:
1. Sauce Vinaigrette: Combine lime / lemon, black pepper powder, sugar, and salt and stir until the sugar and salt dissolve. Add olive oil, stir. Enter parsley / celery, stir. Set aside.
2. Mix the diced avocado, cherry tomatoes, peppers, and lettuce with vinaigrette sauce. Stir until blended carefully so that avocados are not destroyed.
3. Enter the avocado salad into a hole that has been cut and serve immediately.
Note: Avocado Salad recipe is only for 4 servings.
