How To Make Veggie Filo Tart


  1. 12 sheets of filo, divided into 3 parts (so each section into a 4 bay)
  2. 125 gr ground beef
  3. 1 pc onion, finely chopped
  4. 2 pcs carrots, cut into small kotak2
  5. 2 pcs potatoes, cut into small kotak2 and fry until cooked, drained
  6. salt, pepper and seasoning to taste
  7. 2 tbsp oil for frying
  8. 200 gr yougurt
  9. 3 pcs small size of chicken eggs
  10. 100 gr chedar cheese / parmesan

How to Make:

  1. -Tumis Onions and carrots until wilted, then add the ground beef, salt, pepper, a little seasoning if necessary and stir until the meat cooked, add the last fries, stir, turn off the heat and set aside
  2. -In The pie pan / pan round, thin margarine spread in every corner and place skin filo 4 parts, then take 4 bay skin filo on top again at random, and grab 4 bay skin filo on top of randomly laid, press gently to form a concave circular

  4. -In A separate container, mix into a yougurt, eggs and some cheese chedar (50 g), stir

  6. -Last, Sprinkle the top with the rest of the cheese chedar / parmesan (50 g)
  7. -Panggang In the oven for 25 min at a temperature of 180 * C
